Youth
Sara and Kevin Duke are extremely happy to be working with the youth at Cherrydale! Sara, a life-long member of the church, believes in the importance of cultivating young people to serve the church and the broader community. They look forward to creating an enriching, supportive and character building youth program with discipleship at its core. Both graduates of the College of William and Mary, Kevin is pursuing a doctorate in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and Sara works as an arts professional in theatre.

Will you serve dinner for the Cherrydale youth? If so, let us know! Dinner will be at 5:45 pm during our meeting time. Plan on 10 - 12 youths. Paper products and drinks are provided. Thank you!
Upcoming Events:
Middle School Movie Night All 6 - 8 graders are invited to join us for movie night on Friday, February 24. We will meet at the church at 6:00 pm. Please bring money for your movie tickets and a quick dinner. We will see either Journey 2 or Big Miracle. Friends are welcome!
People Under the Steeple - March 4, 5:30 - 7:00 pm! Join us for everyone's favorite comfort food - grilled cheese and tomato soup. We will also enjoy music from our praise band and a fun program. Don't miss out!
Lenten Dinner - February 29 at 6:00 pm. The youth will serve dinner for the entire church on Wednesday, February 29 as part of the Wednesday night Lenten Dinner Series. Please plan to arrive by 5:15 to help set up for the dinner. We will be serving breakfast!! All youth and families are invited to eat dinner and enjoy the program that evening.
LOCK IN --- Friday, March 23 8:00 pm - Saturday, March 24 8:00 am. This is a sleepover at the church where we will play games, do a mini service project and much, much more! Plan on attending and let us know if you want to bring friends. This is a great opportunity to introduce them to Cherrydale!
Annual Spring Plant Sale - We will host our annual spring plant sale fundraiser again this year. Plants will be available for pick up on April 28 & 29, with orders due on April 15.
Plant sale forms are on the table in the narthex.
